Summer Internship Program The Summer Internship program at Philips is not just any internship. It is an experience and an opportunity for students from premier business schools in India to work on 'live and challenging' projects and assignments that are directly linked to the business priorities at Philips India. The Summer Internship program at Philips is built around four key pillars. These are: The Summer Internship program is a key source of talent intake into the Business Leadership Program at Philips India. Business Leadership Program The Business Leadership program is designed for MBA graduates from premier institutes in India. The program is designed to nurture business managers in the fields of HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Strategy. BLP participants are provided exposure to top management across businesses. Induction at the corporate office is followed by sector specific inductions and then deployment into final roles. Participants are also provided cross-sector assignments to help develop a broader perspective. The Summer Internship Program at Philips and some of our campus initiatives are designed to provide entry into the coveted Business Leadership Program.
